Candidate Statement:
I am running for SBC director to help push for a standards and certification based industry that will help enhance public safety RF. I also hope to help educate the AHJ population, so they are more informed when supporting the public safety RF mission. My extensive experience as an industry expert, an integrator, and a customer gives me a great perspective for this position.

Bio:
I, Brad Algeo, have been in the RF field for over 13 years. I currently work with PMC Wireless in Hazlet, NJ running the BDA / DAS division and also direct our project management office. I have been involved with all stages of BDA design and integration, specializing in AHJ relationship management. I am a certified project management professional (PMP), and I am also working on the BDA credentialling and education portion of the ERCES business development. I began my RF career as a consultant supporting large public safety agencies with frequency monitoring solutions, coverage verification, project management, and frequency coordination.
